About Me

• I received my Ph.D. in EE at National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan. I was a visiting Ph.D. student at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen, and I served as a research assistant at Quanzhou Institute of Equipment Manufacturing (QIEM), Chinese Academy of Sciences, Quanzhou, China.   
• My research interests include both distributed optimization and federated learning, with applications spanning the Internet of Things, wireless communication system and intelligent mobile edge networks.
